Orders
All orders must be in writing and transmitted electronically or by fax.
Transmission of documents
Documents can be received in a variety of formats, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF...
For other formats please check first . Documents should be transmitted electronically and if this is not the case and the documents are sent by fax or are illegible I reserve the right to increase the price by 20%.
Billing
The price (less VAT) is per word.
Payment terms will be agreed first with the client and will be clearly shown on the invoice.
